Evening: Welcome ritual by the fire, women's circle (4 states of a woman), and group meditation to align with your personal intentions.

Day: Trip to Stown Town - master class of local jewelry creation from the only island local women community

Sacred Underwater Adventure
All day: Sea stars yacht trip. Optional snorkeling and diving.

Purification Ritual
Day/Evening: Hike to the indigenous village of Paje and a journey to waterfall caves, where we’ll experience a purification ritual.

If you change your plans after February 1st, 2026, this deposit becomes non-refundable, as many arrangements will already be prepaid on your behalf.
Arrival airport: Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ), Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.
Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel on arrival day, as well as return transfer to the airport on departure day.

Meet Your Retreat Guide — Yuliana
My mission is to be a catalyst for transformation in women’s lives.
I work with feminine energy on all levels: physical, mental, and spiritual.
I began my path as a face fitness trainer, pelvic floor expert, and nutritionist.
I’ve trained with world-renowned teachers like Sal Rachele, Meghan Currie, Tony Robbins, Donny Epstein, and many others.
I've started helding retreats in 2019 and since that time I held 16 retreats in Spain, Mexico, Columbia and Zanzibar. In Zanzibar I held 6 retreats from 2021 to 2025.

Sofia has been working in this dynamic and multifaceted field for 25 years, striving not only to make people attractive but also to help them feel healthy, full of strength and energy.
Sofia's journey in medicine began with a deep interest in human nature and its inner state. She studied various fields of medicine while traveling through Europe and Latin America, immersing herself in the study of Chinese medicine, homeopathy, and phytotherapy. Sofia not only integrated this knowledge into her practice but also combined it with modern energy practices and the latest healing technologies.
She is always focused on eco-friendly methods of assisting her patients, believing that health care should be gentle and harmonious. Sofia's work is not just a profession; it is a calling that allows her to inspire others on their path to health and well-being.

The concept of the project is useful retreats.
In the program, about 60% of the time is dedicated to learning useful female-affirming practices, such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, breathing exercises, intimate fitness, and face fitness.
The remaining time is spent on ourselves, where we chat, share personal stories, explore the surroundings, relax, and enjoy ourselves.

My beloved girls, it's been a month since I returned from India. I didn't want to write a review right away, as I wanted to observe myself and understand my feelings and benefits from the trip in the long run. So, a month has passed, and I'm still in a post-Indian zen state. I'm happy with my husband, my children, and I'm filled with energy, continuing my intimate fitness routine every morning. I have the strength to focus on myself, my beloved family, and my work. My husband really appreciated my new sexual skills, and now he's asking if there are any short retreats available from the organizers. He wants to give me a trip like this because he loves my mood and state. And of course, India is already on my calendar for next year!!!! Thank you, girls, it was so cool and energizing!
